OVERVIEWCountry Club Limbe invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Accountant.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial summaries, and supporting the organisation's financial reporting and compliance requirements.JOB TYPE: Full TimeApplication Deadline: Friday, 30th October, 2026POSITION: ACCOUNTANTKEY REQUIREMENTSAcademic Qualifications and Work Experience:Applicants should possess the following:A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least two (2) years of relevant accounting experience.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.Good organisational and record-keeping skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision.High standards of honesty and integrity.Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Malawi (ICAM) will be an added advantage.DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Accountant will be responsible for the following:Recording and maintaining day-to-day financial transactions.Preparing basic monthly financial summaries.Managing petty cash and conducting bank reconciliations.Assisting with payroll processing.Maintaining proper accounting records and supporting documents.Providing routine financial information to management.Assisting with audit and statutory requirements when required.HOW TO APPLYInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit the following:A cover letter.An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV), including details of three (3) traceable referees.Applications should be addressed to:The ManagerCountry Club LimbeEmail: countryclublimbe25@gmail.comClosing Date: Friday, 30th October, 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
