Accountant Opportunity in Lusaka Selected Supplies Zambia is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill a temporary relief Accountant position. ### Key Responsibilities

for Accountant Jobs in Lusaka Process financial transactions using SAP Business One software. Submit and reconcile statutory payments including NAPSA, NHIMA, PAYE, Withholding Tax, and VAT across multiple entities. Prepare, maintain, and submit weekly cash flow reports. Conduct weekly follow-ups on debtors and actively participate in review meetings. Prepare and review month-end reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Oversee monthly and daily creditors payment runs. Prepare fixed asset capitalization worksheets and update records within SAP. Supervise payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Coordinate monthly inventory cycle counts to support inventory control. Facilitate annual insurance renewals and ensure trading license compliance.

### Qualifications

and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Accounting complemented by full ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA certification. Minimum of three years’ relevant work experience demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP Business One accounting software. Advanced

in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and multitask effectively under pressure. Preferred Attributes Honest, dependable, proactive, and disciplined with a performance-driven mindset. Strong work ethic coupled with high attention to detail and accuracy.
