POSITION: ACCOUNTANTLocation: Santhe, KasunguEmployment Type: Full-TimeReporting to: ManagementOVERVIEWHB Farm & Technologies is an emerging agribusiness company committed to transforming agriculture through sustainable food production, value addition, and market-driven solutions.As a growing startup, the company is building a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about innovation, integrity, and contributing to Malawi’s agricultural transformation.Applications are invited from suitably qualified, committed, and self-motivated individuals to fill the following position:ACCOUNTANTOverall RoleThe Accountant will manage the company’s financial records, budgeting, reporting, and financial compliance while supporting sound business decision-making.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements and management reports.Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial records.Process payments and maintain accounting systems.Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements.Prepare payroll and reconcile bank accounts.Support procurement and inventory control.Assist management with financial planning and analysis.Ability to create educational video content is an added advantage.Perform any other duties assigned by management.

### Requirements
