VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ ETG Agri Inputs Ltd MalawiPOSITION: ACCOUNTANTLocation: Blantyre OVERVIEW ETG Agri Inputs Ltd Malawi, a leading supplier of quality agricultural solutions including fertilisers, seeds, crop protection products, farm tools and expert agronomy services, is looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and results-driven Accountant to join its team in Blantyre.Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.- Process and verify invoices, receipts, payments and other financial transactions.- Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.- Prepare financial reports and support monthly and annual financial closing processes.- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and financial analysis.- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.- Work closely with procurement, logistics, warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate financial records.- Perform any other accounting duties assigned by management.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.- Minimum 2 years’ relevant accounting experience.- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.- Strong analytical and numerical skills.- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.- Good communication and organisational skills.- Experience in the agricultural, trading, manufacturing or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.How to ApplyInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit their:- CV- Cover Letter- Relevant Academic CertificatesPlease clearly indicate “Accountant” in the subject line and send your application to:paul.thenza@etgworld.comApplication Deadline: 21st August 2026ETG Agri Inputs Ltd Malawi is an equal opportunity employer and encourages suitably qualified candidates to apply.VACANCY – DATA ENTRY CLERKETG Agri Inputs Ltd MalawiLocation: Blantyre, MalawiETG Agri Inputs Ltd Malawi, a leading supplier of quality agricultural solutions including fertilisers, seeds, crop protection products, farm tools and expert agronomy services, is looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and results-driven Data Entry Clerk to join its team in Blantyre.Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.- Capture sales, inventory, procurement, logistics and other operational information.- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.- Maintain and update electronic and physical records.- Prepare routine data reports and summaries.- Identify and correct data-entry errors.- Assist various departments with document processing and data management.- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.- Support filing, scanning, printing and other administrative duties.- Perform any other duties assigned by management.Requirements- Any recognised tertiary certificate.- Minimum 1 year of relevant data-entry or administrative experience.- Excellent typing and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy.- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other office applications.- Strong attention to detail.- Good organisational and time-management skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Previous experience in agriculture, logistics, warehousing, sales or FMCG will be an added advantage.How to ApplyInterested and suitably qualified candidates should submit their:- CV- Cover Letter- Relevant Academic CertificatesPlease clearly indicate “Data Entry Clerk” in the subject line and send your application to:paul.thenza@etgworld.comApplication Deadline: 21st August 2026ETG Agri Inputs Ltd Malawi is an equal opportunity employer and encourages suitably qualified candidates to apply.
