You're the calm in the chaos — and clients notice.

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who doesn't just manage accounts, but builds relationships people actually want to keep. You'll be the trusted face our clients turn to, the person who spots a problem before it becomes one, and the reason projects run smoothly even when everything else is on fire.

What you'll own:
End-to-end management of client relationships — from onboarding to renewalTranslating client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our creative and strategy teamsKeeping timelines, budgets, and expectations tightly aligned (without losing the plot on quality)Spotting growth opportunities within existing accounts and helping them thriveBeing the glue between what the client wants and what the team can brilliantly deliverWhat you bring:
Solid experience managing client accounts in an agency or fast-paced service environmentSharp communication skills — written, verbal, and the kind that reads a roomThe ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping a single ballA genuine love for problem-solving and keeping people happy on both sides of the tableWhy Matrix Consultancy
