Access Bank PLC is recruiting a Branch Manager for its Ho branch in Ghana’s Volta Region. This is a full-time, on-site role in Retail Banking. The manager will lead branch operations, sales and customer service; oversee performance and profitability; manage operational, credit and fraud risks; and ensure KYC, AML and regulatory compliance. The role also includes coaching branch staff, developing relationships with local businesses and promoting digital banking channels.

Requirements
