The company has a wide spread branch network in Uganda and offers various products including; Civil Servant Loans, Logbook Finance Loans, SME Loans and Private Sector loans among others. Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is a subsidiary of Platcorp Holdings Ltd. Job Summary: To market and sell the SME product, assess potential borrowers and ensure timely loan repayments through client relationship management and debt collection strategies. Key ### Duties and Responsibilities Market and promote the company’s loan products and services to prospective clients. Identify, recruit, and onboard eligible borrowers. Assess loan applications and collect the required documentation. Conduct client appraisals and recommend suitable loan products. Monitor loan performance and ensure portfolio quality. Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments. Manage delinquent accounts and implement effective debt collection strategies. Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and lending guidelines. Qualifications, ### Skills and Experience: Minimum qualification: Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE/A-Level Certificate). Age: 20 Years and above Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
